With the many issues women still face today surrounding rights to our bodies, I believe it’s important for artists to bring these issues to light by creating works of art that start a conversation towards a more equal and just world. ‘She bears fruit’ is a play on women’s ability to reproduce and is a depiction of a woman owning her reproductive rights.

The concept for this creative was brought to life by a team of all female collaborators. Two of the images were published in PhotoED Magazine’s Portraiture Issue.
